RATES

Low season: 1800€/week (rest of the year)

Mid season: 1800€/week (June+September)
3 nights 1100€, 4 nights 1400€, 5 nights 1600€, 6 nights 1700€, 7 nights 1800€

High season: 2200€/week (July and August). Change-over day: Fridays

-Booking procedure: 50% of the rental payment (not refundable) necessary to confirm booking. 50% to be paid 4 weeks in advance + security deposit 400€ (refundable after satisfactory check-out). Mandatory final cleaning (75€). Pets (50€).
